Would you like to include your preferred supplier in your rewards program? Well, now you can!
To receive up to AUD $50 worth of eGiftcards, all you need to do is follow these simple steps:
- Click here to access the form, and print it out or email to your preferred supplier during your next visit.
- Have the supplier fill in the form, and then either you or they can email to info@myrewards.com.au. Be sure to include your username or membership number under section 7: Referred By to ensure you receive your reward.
- Once we receive the completed form, we will reach out to the supplier and onboard them to your program.
- If the supplier's offer is a discount of 15% or more, we will send you a $50AUD eGiftcard of your choice. If the discount is less than 15%, we will send you a $25 eGiftcard.
If you prefer not to ask the supplier to complete the form, you can still nominate them by sending an email to info@myrewards.com.au. If they come on board, we will send you a $5 eGiftcard.
